  1. Download and organize large-scale publicly accessible medical image datasets, including ADHD-200, ADNI, PPMI, and others, on the workstation. (E)
  2. Preprocess the publicly accessible medical image datasets according to the requirements of the principal investigator (PI), focusing on preprocessing multi-modal MRI data, such as T1-weighted imaging, diffusion tensor imaging, and functional MRI. (E)
  3. Develop machine learning models to classify different subtypes of neurological disorders, such as Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. (E)
  4. Develop segmentation algorithms for medical imaging, specifically targeting brain subcortical regions associated with neurological disorders or cancer tumors. (E)
Administrative and General Responsibilities20
  1. Assist as directed by supervisors in general administrative functioning of the lab and research projects, including development and implementation of projects, grant submissions, documentation. (E)
  2. Participate in regular meetings as assigned (lab, supervisor, other). (E)
