  2. Collect daily data on all skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs across multiple patients. (E)
  3. Assist in the creation of data collection protocols and systems. (E)
  4. Create and maintain data collection and graphing systems. (E)

  6. Perform minimal analysis of findings and present recommendations to case manager. (E)
  7. Assist in data collection for clinical evaluations supervised by case managers and faculty. (E)

  1. Participate in on-going training to maintain competency as a Registered Behavior Technician. (E)
  2. Assist with initial training of new Associate Behavior Technician and Registered Behavior Technician staff. (D)
  3. Gather session materials (e.g., skill acquisition and skill reduction materials, reinforcers). (E)
  4. Read protocols for skill acquisition and behavior reduction and review data sheets/data collection methods. (E)
  5. Provide session information/training to stakeholders (e.g., family, caregivers, other professionals), and communicate information from stakeholders to case managers. (E)
  6. Meet regularly with the treatment team (e.g., case managers, behavior technician staff) and report variables that may affect client. (E)
  7. Assist with providing on-going feedback and supervision to Associate Behavior Technician staff. (E)
  8. Review session objectives and goals and provide input to case manager. (E)
  9. Daily cleaning and organizational tasks that include and are not limited to sanitizing toys, cleaning session areas, and washing dishes. (D)

  2. Prepare initial drafts of session materials, protocols, and teaching stimuli. (D)
  3. Provide suggestions of possible procedures and methods to case manager. (D)
  4. Report the behavior and environment in observable and measurable terms to case manager and other staff. (E)
  5. Assist with assessment/functional procedures (e.g., curriculum-based, developmental, social skills). (E)
  6. Assist with developing treatment goals based on assessment results. (D)
