Business Operations50
  1. Oversee purchasing activity and reconciliation of purchases in alignment with the budget and correct cost center.
  2. Oversee the development of draft quotes and final invoices for training program, events and contracts
  3. Oversee submission of invoice payments for deposit, ensures they are allocated to the correct revenue account and tracks process through HubSpot
  4. Assist the Leadership team with preparation of the annual budget
  5. Maintain and present a monthly budget report for all departments and accounts falling under the iEXCEL umbrella
  6. Oversee daily business operations, including purchasing, travel approval, and administrative workflows pertaining to the budget
  7. Manages contract processes including Consultants, Non-Disclosure, Facility Use Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding and Statement of Work documents.
  8. Coordinate and tracks warranty renewal and payments, service agreements, annual memberships and contract agreements.
  9. Ensure iEXCEL financial documents are in compliance withUNMC policies and procedures.1
  10. Prepare and manage annual budgets, including grant-related budgets and departmental forecasting for future opportunities.
  11. Track and report salary allocations, expenses and overall financial performance outcomes.

Business Development40
  1. Identify, support, track, and delegate business development opportunities aligned with the iEXCEL mission.
  2. Interact with high level stakeholders and external partners to explore and track strategic collaborations.
  3. Assist in the development of business opportunities for potential partners.
  4. Support Leadership in potential commercialization efforts in conjunction with UNeMED standards and regulations.
  5. Manage contracts, including drafting, reviewing and execution in conjunction with UNMC procurement.
  6. Oversee the generation and tracking of quotes, invoices and payment schedules utilizing HubSpot.
  7. Maintain organized documentation for auditing, reporting, and compliance standards.
  8. Management of educational and financial Grant budget documents in support of the leadership team and the various iEXCEL teams seeking support. 
Event and Communication Coordination10
  1.  Provide high level coordination for events, meetings, and external engagements.
  2.  Serve as a liaison for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  3.  Ensure timely and professional communication related to business operations and strategic initiatives.
  4.  Other duties as assigned
