  1. Owns and manages the full life-cycle hiring processes for all open positions within assigned areas.(E)
  2. Partners with and guides hiring managers regarding staffing issues, policies and processes. (E)
  3. Maintains accurate, well-ordered and compliant documentation on candidates, searches, hiring managers’ interactions and other recruiting activities. (E)
  4. Actively participates in all staffing related activities. (E)
  5. Assists internal and external applicants. (E)
  6. Maintains and safeguards confidential information. (E).
  7. Identifies improvement initiatives and efficient workflows. (E)
  8. Reviews and approves/declines waiver for postings. (E)
  9. Reviews questionable Background Checks and determines appropriate course of action (hire or not hire). (E)
Develops sourcing strategies for open positions, including searching for and engaging passive candid20
  1. Works closely with hiring managers to determine needs and sourcing strategies, as well as coaching them on candidate assessment techniques. (E)
  2. Leverages traditional sourcing methods and social media best practices to identify top talent. (E)
  3. Provides expertise on the employment market, trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure competitiveness in hiring. (E)
  4. Researches and implement recruiting best practices. (E)
  5. Researches new technologies related to active recruitment. (E)
  6. Measures and reports the success of recruitment initiatives, including applicant tracking and data integrity. (E)

  6. Oversight of staffing internal procedures to ensure procedures are up to date in a timely manner. (E)
  7. Responsible for Staffing Budget Process to include staffing expense approvals, timely processing of expenditures, etc. (E)
  8. Reviews and provides guidance for escalated Background checks. (E)
  9. Completes Performance Evaluations for Staff members in a timely manner. (E)
  10. Monitors staff members performance and addresses issues in a timely manner. (E)
  11. Provides assistance to Associate Director with projects and initiatives. (E)
