  1. Assist with special projects and perform other accounting and administrative functions as required by the Division Administrator.
  2. Serves as P-Card and ledger reconciler for the Division with Administrator. 
  3. Serves as preparer for Sponsor invoices for DEM research activities. Works closely with Administrator and Research Team. 
  4.  Serves as Purchasing and accounts payable contact for the Division
  5.  Backup approver for eShop orders and travel authorizations.
  6.  Monitors and reconciles individual faculty accounts, assuring expenses are properly accounted on monthly ledgers. Researches and corrects any errors. Files ledgers and expense documents for audit purposes. Prepare individual reports for Division Administrator review and distribution to individual faculty. 
  7.  Prepare and process deposit forms for UNMC cashier.
Administrative Functions25X
  1.  Serves as a lead resource to other office staff involved in the activities and operations of the division. 
  2.  Performs complex assignments and resolves referred issues within the division.  
  3.  Maintains and coordinates Division Chief, Directors, and 4-6 Faculty schedules and calendar.     
  4.  Coordinate travel arrangements for Division Chief, Directors, and 4-6 Faculty schedules and calendars. 
  5.  Provide incoming telephone support for division faculty. 
  6.  Web page updates for the division, including individual faculty web pages. Explore other social media options that would benefit division, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.  
  7.  Assist with organizing and maintaining all Division files, including grant files, Pcard files, ledger files, etc. 
  8. Provide backup for phones, other office/administrative duties as needed due to absence or high volumes of workload in the Administrative Office.
  9.  Provide back up for mail sorting and distribution as needed due to absence or high volumes of workload in the Administrative Office. 
  10. Order office supplies as requested by the Division Administrator. 
  11.  Design work methods and systems to maximize efficiency and prevent duplication of efforts.
  12.  Assist with any required moves or facilities activities within the division. 
  13.  Other administrative duties as assigned.
Coordination -10X
  1. Serve as a resource to division personnel on travel, purchases, accounts payable, manuscripts, grant documents, and invoicing.
  2. Assist faculty in writing and editing technical research and clinical manuscripts, proposals and official documents.  
  3. Responsible for database of all laptop computers, cell phones, and software assigned to each employee. Responsible for assignment upon hire and collection of items upon departure from the division.
  4. Tracks and enters leave into SAP for division faculty in accordance with leave processes.
