  1. Assist the iCASD Training/Administration Coordinator with implementing competency-based clinical training for clinical staff at all levels up to the Senior RBT (excluding BCBAs) in iCASD. (E)
  2. Assist the iCASD Training/Administration Coordinator with the implementation of clinical and professional training to aid in the transition of employees when promoted. (E)
  3. Assist iCASD Training/Administration Coordinator with monitoring the performance and competency of clinical staff according to clinical and ethical standards. (E)
  4. Assist the iCASD Training/Administration Coordinator with program evaluation, treatment integrity, and performance improvement activities related to staff training and management. (D)
  5. Assist iCASD Training/Administration Coordinator with initial and on-going training of students in iCASD departments. (D)
  6. Stay up-to-date and knowledgeable with training requirements and ethical practices of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board®. (E)
  7. Assist iCASD Training/Administration Coordinator with conducting community training related to services provided within iCASD. (D)
