1. Initiate clinical trial invoicing to sponsors for payment of services in alignment with negotiated clinical trial budgets. (E)
2. Assess and evaluates requests for payment by vendors and subcontracted institutions for work performed on clinical trials in alignment with negotiated clinical trial budgets. (E)
3. Initiate the billing by creating processes to ensure invoices are submitted to sponsors for charges related to each study including charges not included in budget, annual IRB continuing reviews, amendment charges, start-up fees and other like charges. (E)
4. Reconcile payments received from clinical trial sponsors. (E)
5. Input negotiated budgets in to the Clinical Trials Management System financial console at start-up and when budget amendments occur. (D)
6. Update and provide invoicing reports to invoice supported division leadership. (D)

Study Support30

1. Assists coordinators in study support by: (E) 
    a. Scheduling patient visits. 
    b. Update subject visit information in Clinical Trials Management System
    c. Calling patients to remind them of visits 
    d. Organizing paperwork and patient flow for onsite visits 
    e. Ensures research center billing is updated at completion of patients visit 
2. Maintain patient confidentiality (E)
3. Create travel vouchers for patient for reimbursable travel expenses or stipends (E)
4. Process travel vouchers for payment to study subjects in compliance with study budget and university policies (E)

Office Support15

1. Sort and distribute mail for CRC staff (D)

4. Ensures that environmental service personnel provide quality service (D)
