3. Complete advanced behavior management training and participate in on-going training and supervision to maintain competency on de-escalation and severe behavior management strategies. This training is also focused on remaining composed in order to make quick and effective decisions during escalated behavioral crises. (E)
4. Assist with initial training of new Associate Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians. (D)
5. Participate in case discussions with the treatment team (e.g., RBTs, BCBAs, case managers) and report variables that may affect patient or treatment procedures. (E)
