1. Work closely with NeCCTR Administrator and acts as primary PAF coordinator with varied human resource responsibilities. Prepare and process in new employees, create and update job descriptions, create requisitions to post in PeopleAdmin, background checks, help review applications, set up interviews, new hireforms, create & process I-9#s in the I-9 Management System, W-4#s, direct deposit, computer access, building access, ID cards, processing FTE & funding changes in SAP. 2. Enter data and review for accuracy in Academic Department Information System (ADIS) (D)
3. Help with & train employees with travel authorizations and Travel Expense Reports for NeCCTR Leadership (E)
4. Process P-card purchases, submit payments in SAP Ariba, and preform journal entries as needed. (E)
5. Order and maintain supplies for the division. (D)
6. Triage meeting/time requests via phone and email, schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, teleconferences, events. (E)
7. Manage sensitive files, documents, and communications. (E)
8. Maintain current file of staff, building floor plans, office phone numbers, and assigned equipment. (E)

NeCCTR Business and Finance Support35

1. Prepare CRC billing, and preform associated accounting transactions monthly. (E)
2. Prepare READi Core billing and input to RSS for processing of payments monthly. (E)
3. Assist with preperation of department MOU#s and associated billings. (E)
4. Assist Clinical Trials Finance Team with associated stipends and travel reimbursment. (E)
5. Update monthly finance reports for CRC and READi Core. (E)
6. Monitor Study Intake email and triage incoming requests. (E)
7. Schedule CRC Training workshops (D)
8. Maintain and update NeCCTR website content. (E)

Administrative Support to the NeCCTR Research Support Fund10

1. Prepare all necessary supportive materials (agenda, presentation materials,
handouts, etc.) (D)
2. Distribute materials and notifications to committee attendees (D)
3. Help assign reviewers to specific protocols (E)
4. Update MXH expense tracking each month (E)
5. Route approval letters through DocuSign (E)
6. Schedule, attend, and record the monthly committee meeting (E)
