  2. Collect daily data on all skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs across multiple patients. (E)

  7. Perform analysis of findings and present recommendations to case manager. (E)

  9. Create and maintain goal progress tracking documents and transition plans under the direction of case manager. (E)

  5. Provide session information/training to stakeholders (e.g., family, caregivers, other professionals), and communicate information from stakeholders to case managers. (E)
  6. Meet regularly with the treatment team (e.g., case managers, behavior technician staff) and report variables that may affect client. (E)
