Radiology Administrative Support45

1. Maintain faculty CVs and ensure all research activities are tracked appropriately. (E)
2. Answer phones in administrative office, and help with tumor boards, scheduling, over-reads, medical students, residents, and meeting notes as needed. (E)
3. Handle all department p-card reconciliations. (E)
4. Sort and deliver mail as needed, help hand out monthly dosimetry badges, send faxes, utilize McKesson & OneChart to assist providers, physicians, and patients with imaging information. (E).

Bioimaging Core Lab Administrative Support/ Tumor Metrics Administrative Support40

1. Assist with tracking income and expenses for the Core lab, and reconcile with SAP record on a monthly basis. (E)
2. Prepare and process journal entries as required (E)
3. Prepare and process personnel funding changes for research personnel on research accounts; monitor effect of changes on accounts (E)
5. Assist with preparing financial report for Vice Chancellor of Research for Core Lab to include: all grant support for research faculty and staff; instrument time charges#amount of income received and number of scanning hours per grant; five year projections for Bioimaging Core Lab (E).
7. Complete effort certification reports and obtain approval from PIs (core lab and departmental faculty and staff) (E)
8. Reconcile financial ledgers for the Core lab (E)
9. Monitor and review invoices for cyrogens to ensure charges are correct and update shared spreadsheet tracking delivery dates (E)
10. Monitor Tumor Metrics program and handle all incoming orders, including scheduling, rescheduling and uploading images in EPIC and PACS systems. (E)
11. Works with Tumor Metrics Vendor on software issues, workflow updates, and software renewals. (E) 
12. Creates invoices and bills for studies. (E) 
13. Attend all Tumor Metrics-focused meetings and maintain high level understanding of protocols, software, and processes. (E)
14. Assist with determining study feasibility (E).

Grant Coordination/ Project Management10

1. Assist with grant prep and contract workflow for Radiology. (E)
2. Assist with grant preparation and submissions, including ensuring applications are complete. (E)
3. Assist with funding changes as needed and maintaining accurate lists of current grant funding within the department. (E)
4. Assist with invoicing grant sponsors and vendors as needed for Radiology research effort/ services. (E)
5. Help to maintain BioSketches using ADIS and NCBI for faculty.
6. Help track expenses for funded research projects and ensure grants are not over or under-spent. (E)
7. Maintain an understanding of the systems and processes used by both Sponsored Programs Administration and Sponsored Programs Accounting related to grant administration and accounting. (E)
8. Keep abreast of laws, regulations and external/internal policies and procedures governing the administration of grants and contracts. (D)

IRB and Other Regulatory Compliance5

 1. Assist with the submissions of IRB and SRC applications by Departmental faculty as well as continuing reviews, changes in protocol, adverse events reports to the IRB and SCR when required. Materials included but not limited to: applications, consent forms, protocols, letters, clinical trial matrix. Coordinate the submission of P&T forms when required (E)
2. Interpret guidelines for faculty, facilitate required human subjects training for faculty and staff, coordinate the annual review process (E)
3. Act as liaison with IRB personnel and faculty, staff (D)
4. Prepare annual re-approval forms for all IRB protocols (E)
