By ensuring accurate budget tracking, compliance with grant requirements, and consistent coordination between MCC and UNO, the Coordinator’s work reduces administrative errors, prevents potential audit findings, and safeguards institutional resources. The position’s contributions improve operational efficiency, strengthen accountability, and enhance the student transfer experience. On a departmental level, this support allows the Executive Director and project leadership to focus on strategic decision-making, while at the campus level, it reduces institutional risk, fosters cross-campus collaboration, and bolsters the reputation of both MCC and UNO as leaders in supporting transfer student success. |
