Lead college-specific recruitment efforts in collaboration with central Undergraduate Admissions.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the college’s academic programs and prospective student populations.
  • Represent the University and the college at on- and off-campus events, including college fairs, conferences, and yield activities.
  • Plan and facilitate college-specific showcase events, open houses, and visit experiences in collaboration with college leadership.
  • Maintain a consistent presence within the college, engaging with faculty, advisors, and students to ensure alignment between messaging, recruitment goals, and academic strengths.
Prospective Student Engagement30X

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in the college’s programs.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain accurate communication logs in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate campus visits, college tours, and faculty meetings for prospective students and families.
  • Manage follow-up communications for admitted students to support yield, ensuring a personalized and responsive experience.
  • Collaborate with advisors and faculty to connect students with appropriate academic and support resources.
Collaboration and Reporting20X

Facilitate coordination between central Admissions and the academic college.

  • Provide regular updates to the Executive Director of Admissions and college leadership on recruitment progress, trends, and outcomes.
  • Work closely with Admissions leadership and the marketing team to ensure consistency of messaging, data tracking, and use of Salesforce.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the college and central recruitment teams to align strategies and share insights.
  • Contribute feedback to improve the embedded recruitment model and support expansion to additional colleges.
Event Planning and College Representation10X

Support both central and college-based recruitment events.

  • Assist with large-scale Admissions events such as Be A Mav Days, admitted student receptions, and yield initiatives.
  • Collaborate with college faculty and staff to create a welcoming, student-centered environment in physical spaces such as lounges and lobbies.
  • Participate in college outreach opportunities, professional conferences, and community engagement initiatives.

Supervision Received


General direction from the Executive Director of Admissions. The employee establishes their own schedule and priorities in coordination with the college’s leadership.
