Knowledge Skills and Abilities


Advanced expertise in radio station operation and management is required, as well as working knowledge of NexGen digital automation software and traffic systems, audio routing systems, and satellite and broadband program distribution systems. Must have the ability to learn new software and teach others. Studio and field digital audio recording best principles and practices knowledge is required. Essential skills in standard digital audio editing software programs such as Adobe Audition and Pro Tools is required. Keeps abreast of new and emerging broadcast and internet related technologies.
