Demonstrated ability to coordinate events, support daily facility operations, and assist with financial and administrative processes. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and partners. Familiarity with vendor coordination, campus operations, and facility maintenance reporting. Working knowledge of event scheduling and billing systems, with experience in SAP or other enterprise financial systems preferred. |
Uses sound judgment in addressing client inquiries, resolving scheduling conflicts, and supporting event or facility adjustments. Responds effectively to changing circumstances, prioritizing customer service and operational needs. Identifies practical solutions for logistical challenges, financial tracking, and vendor coordination in consultation with the Event & Facility Services Manager. |
This position supports the operational and financial success of the Thompson Alumni Center by ensuring events run smoothly, clients are well-supported, and facility processes are maintained. Accurate financial and administrative support helps protect the Center’s fiscal integrity and client satisfaction. The Event Coordinator’s performance directly contributes to TAC’s reputation for service excellence and supports long-term growth and business development. |
