Provide leadership, guidance, and training for professional staff and part-time federal work-study and student worker employees. Responsible for development and execution of proactive customer service (phone, email, face to face advising, and virtual advising) efforts in the Office of Financial Support and Scholarships. Team is responsible for financial aid processing of specialized student populations.

Execute Communication and Outreach10X

Responsible for development and execution of communication and outreach to students and families.

Social Media and Website Maintenance10X

Responsible for development and execution of social media and FSS website maintenance.

Administer Federal Work-Study10X

Administer the federal work-study program.
