Course Design & Development60X
  • Leverage a creative and collaborative approach to the design, development, and implementation of non-credit courses, micro-credentials, professional development offerings, and workforce-aligned digital learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with faculty subject matter experts, business and industry partners, and external stakeholders to organize content, define learning objectives, and develop engaging online learning materials.
  • Design and integrate multimedia, interactive learning activities, assessments, and e-learning content using instructional design and authoring tools to support learner engagement, accessibility, and effective knowledge application across academic and professional learning initiatives.
  • Support the development of e-learning and multimedia content for faculty and staff professional development initiatives related to teaching, learning, instructional technology, and digital pedagogy.
  • Support all phases of course development including content production, LMS integration, quality assurance, revision, and implementation of technology-enhanced learning experiences.
Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration25X
  • Coordinate and manage multiple course and micro-credential development projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and project goals are met.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for faculty, business partners, and external stakeholders throughout the development process, maintaining high standards of professionalism, clear communication and strong working relationships.
  • Independently manage project workflows, track progress, prioritize tasks, and proactively identify solutions to support the successful delivery of high-quality digital learning experiences.
LMS & Technical Support10X
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support related to non-credit and micro-credential courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provide Tier 1 support to faculty, staff, business partners, and external learners by troubleshooting course access, navigation, content delivery, and instructional technology issues.
  • Assist with the implementation and support of digital learning tools, multimedia content, and course technologies while ensuring courses meet accessibility, usability, and quality standards.

Moderate to high-level skill with software, including Canvas, design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite), e-learning authoring tools, Microsoft Office, and Macintosh and Windows platforms.
