• Serve as the primary contact for groups and organizations hosting events at the Regional Engagement Center and University Village.
• Oversee event logistics, including setup, tear-down, AV coordination, signage, and hospitality expectations.
• Supervise student workers supporting REC and UV events, providing clear direction to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Act as the on-site representative during events to troubleshoot issues and maintain a positive participant experience.

Marketing, Promotion, and Communications25X

• Lead marketing and promotional efforts for REC and UV hosted events coordinated by the university.
• Develop and manage social media content and other communication materials to promote REC and UV facilities, events, and programming.
• Provide limited marketing support for Loper Spirit Shop and UNK Dining initiatives in collaboration with the Director.
• Ensure all marketing aligns with institutional branding and messaging standards.

Administrative and Financial Coordination and Support15X

• Assist with and coordinate invoicing for REC reservations, UV events, and related services.
• Assist with event contracts and ensure compliance with established REC and UV policies.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, reporting needs, and journal entries.
• Provide timely updates to the Director and Associate Director on billing, contract status, and event-related expenses.

Regional Engagement Center and University Village Support15X

• Collaborate with the Associate Director to support recruitment initiatives by providing event-level information and operational insights.
• Ensure seamless communication between the Director, Associate Director, and campus stakeholders regarding REC and UV activities.
• Assist with implementation of REC and UV programming ideas and community engagement efforts identified by the Director and Associate Director.

Special Projects and Cross-Functional Initiatives5X

• Support special projects assigned by the Director related to UNK Dining, the Loper Spirit Shop, or other auxiliary services.
• Partner with campus units to enhance engagement opportunities and improve services within the REC and UV facilities.
