Responsibilities and Duties

Chief Liaison for the SVCAA25X

Scheduling and maintenance of the SVCAA's calendar and travel.

Coordinate meetings and record minutes for Deans Council and General Education Meetings.

Serve as a trusted liaison between executive leadership, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders

Assist the Senior Executive Associate with compiling materials for the BOR, CCPE, NU System Office and Council of Deans.

Oversight of New Hire full-time contract process, part-time, adjunct & overload contracts.25

New Hire Contracts process, including tracking of transcripts

Manage Perceptive system for all faculty records per HLC Guidelines (linking, scanning, filing) 

Part-time, overload & adjunct contract letters process

Oversight of Faculty Evaluation Processes25X

Coordinate faculty reappointment, promotion, and tenure processes; this includes drafting formal responses, per SVCAA instruction and approval:

Oversight of Academic Programs15X

Oversight of alterations to academic programs and development of new academic programs.

Oversight of all academic protocols regarding faculty retention, tenure and promotion.

Administer Student Talent Development (SET) funding, including application review and award notification, in coordination with the Executive Associate for Business and Finance. 

Prepare/process financial transactions5

This includes invoices, contracts and HR paperwork across state and foundation accounts.
