Requires specialized knowledge of college mental health needs and trends. Possesses the credentials to provide mental health counseling and supervision. Experience in crisis management and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of counseling best practices and standards of practice as governed by the American Counseling Association (ACA) Code of Ethics. Possesses public speaking skills and strong organizational skills. |
The ability to apply critical thinking in problem solving. Able to make sound decisions based on specialized knowledge of mental health practices under the guidance of the American Counseling Association. |
