•    Offer high-quality service to students and stakeholders, including orientation, issue resolution, and expectation management.
•    Collaborate with academic leadership to ensure flight training aligns with degree programs, student schedules, and learning outcomes.
•    Attend recruitment events and represent the flight school in outreach, information sessions, and industry functions.

Regulatory Compliance15X

•    Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and approvals, including 14 CFR Part 141 and Part 61 policies as applicable.
•    Oversee TSA requirements related to flight training and associated security provisions.
•    Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance and audit readiness.
•    Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies, internal audits, and compliance assessments.

Safety Management15X

•    Support and actively promote the organization’s Safety Management System (SMS) and safety culture.
•    Identify hazards, recommend mitigations, and participate in safety reporting and investigation processes.
•    Implement processes that reinforce safe flight operations, facility use, and ground procedures.

•    Oversee day-to-day flight school operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
