Coaching  - To communicate and help in teaching the fundamentals and game model of the program.  Assist in the development, planning and execution of periodization of the program throughout the year, designing, planning and execution of practice plans, game planning and scouting.  Watching and analyzing opponents and our footage of games and practices to help create a game plan weekly aligned with our periodization planning.  Creating scouting reports on opponents for each game, while executing tactical film sessions with teams prior to games. 

Responsible for the Goalkeeper development and training environment.  Designing sessions and training programs that align with player IDP's and program periodization, while evaluating and scouting current and future Goalkeepers.

 Advise and monitor eligibility and academic progress of the women's soccer student athletes. - 10%. Responsible for evaluating and identifying players from all over the country and globe that will align with our game model.  Scouting players based on player profiles and evaluating to see if they would add to or better our programs culture and standards.  Evaluating which recruiting events we attend, helping identify which events we should look to attend in the future.  Helping orchestrate and run all recruiting visits and events accordingly.-10%.  Team Travel - 2.5%, Fundraising activities and Soccer Camps - 2.5%

Prepare daily deposits transmittals - 10%, Handle camp fund receipts, and prepare audit required documents - 10%, Loper Athletic Club Accounting - 1.25%, LAC Booster Club Management - 1.25%, Process invoicing and manage accounts receivable, serve as an alternate to process and reconcile procurement charges - 1.25%; NCAA Coding and SAP monthly audit – 1.25%

Extensive knowledge of the game of soccer, UNK, MIAA and NCAA policies and procedures.

Possess knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciliations, preparation of deposits, audit procedures and documentation, expertise in the use of Microsoft Excel.

This position requires analysis and evaluation of the major issues and course of action impacting the overall direction and success of the Women's Soccer Program. Requires interpretation, discretion and, judgement based on precedent or stand alone operation policies and procedures as related to accounting, deposits, reconciliations and audits.
