Schedule meetings, organize agendas, materials and reports for executive leaders and principal investigators on grant-supported Student Advisement and Success project. Support communication with and among campus-based project partners and private funder.

Support data collection, compiling, reporting and tracking for ongoing project assessment, associated reviews and reporting, organizing documents and reports.

Prepare and assist with scheduling, planning and carrying out special project events, activities and meetings. Serve as event or office host during project site visits and provide occasional backup to administrative support staff.

Continually update expenses and reconcile budgets, track funding balances, purchases and transfers from foundation account, handle invoices and purchasing, reconciling and documenting project financials. Create/compile and deliver reports.

Must have strong human relations skills and excellent oral and written communication. Must be able to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds. Must be computer literate and have expertise in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
