Support office event calendar and establishing schedules for events. Help track and report student attendance at programs, registration status, internship and career placement data. Establish and update student and office appointment calendar. |
Support Student Advising | 20 | X | Manage student advisor changes for all undergraduate students in collaboration with academic department chairs and the Registrar's Office. Maintains chair and advising lists and reports |

Ability to understand principles, practices, procedures and methods of evidence-based academic advising strategies. Experience in communicating to support effective working relationships with a variety of constituents. Experience in preparing detailed documents, proposals, reports, and/or related materials. Able to utilize student information and/or case management systems such as PeopleSoft or Salesforce. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Able to develop and lead action plans to meet goals; establishing milestones and timetables. Experience in demonstrating proactivity and sensitivity to needs of a diverse student population. |
Requires professionalism and accountability, and an ability to prioritize projects and respond quickly to rapidly changing environment requiring solutions and use of time, technology and resources to execute. Attention to detail and decision-making on advising and adjusting approach to students based on differing needs. Requires ability to advise and guide partners and team in decision-making and response to challenges. |
