Degree Management Software Faculty and Advisors40X

Manage the ongoing development and implementation of a faculty and advisor systems training program for the Stellic advising and degree planner including online modules and resources, in-person training sessions and training materials. Collaborate with campus advising leaders to continuously identify needs and establish learning outcomes for a central training program for new advisors and students at the University, as well as on-going training for experienced faculty and advisors. Coordinate logistics including scheduling, promotion, participant communication and registration, material preparation, and content delivery. Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training, in collaboration with Advising Steering Committee and following the advising project plan.

CRM training for faculty and staff20X

As needed and available, supports onboarding and training on TargetX/Salesforce CRM as part of a coordinated approach to using systems in student advising. Helps coordinate and combine system training materials for faculty and staff in collaboration with the Center for Teaching and Learning.
