Organizes and coordinates UNHS documents and reports for accreditation. Provides specific support in the area of Transcript Analysis. Supports UNHS Principal with communication for NDE, NE County Attorney offices as well as students, families and schools.

Works with UNHS principal to organize components needed to initiate, drive and conclude projects undertaken for UNHS.  Responsibilities include setting meeting schedules, ordering supplies and services, tracking and reporting progress.  Works closely with Academic Advisors, UNHS Teachers and other personnel in project coordination.

Coordinate, oversee and facilitate the purchasing, ordering, inventory and payments of products/programs needed to complete and/or support UNHS-related jobs as defined by the UNHS Principal and Leadership team. Responsible for UNHS P-Card, using EShop/Ariba processes. Coordinates with UNHS Business Accountant.

Provide support to other UNHS departments in the creation, production, execution and oversight of Instructional Services related projects.

Requires strong aptitude for basic math to include invoice reconciliation, Working knowledge of academic operations with a good understanding of how the departments relate. Strong organizational and interpersonal communications skills are needed. Must have strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with little supervision.  Requires strong skills in office technology and computer office software to include spreadsheets and word processing. Strong aptitude for learning new and nonstandard software and systems.  Good human relations skills are important in working externally with vendors and partners and internally with University personnel.  

 


Problem Solving - Decision Making


Employee will provide analysis of all invoice reconciliation including any overages. Employee will work directly with vendors to ensure compliance with any contractual agreements. Oversee and provide the day-to-day vendor/NDE/Accreditor communications contact for all general issues, questions, status reports, and all other minor issues to ensure on-time/on-budget execution and completion.

 


Impact


Position is necessary to help further project efforts and support overall Instructional Services efforts. Without this position, the timely acquisition and distribution of materials, event registrations, mailing lists, and other reports and communication actions would negatively impact UNHS.
